Nuveon was founded in 2009 — the result of a long-standing collaboration between its founders at the Interdisciplinary Institute for Intelligent Business Processes (i3G) at Heilbronn University.
Even before the term Internet of Things (IoT) became widely known, Nuveon’s technology was built on the principles of a wiki: open, simple, unified, universal, and incremental. These principles still shape how we develop, deliver, and continuously evolve our software today.
Through continuous innovation and a commitment to thinking ahead technologically, Nuveon has grown from its wiki roots into a holistic provider of enterprise IoT solutions.
Today, more than 50 companies — and counting — rely on Nuveon systems in production-oriented environments. We continue to evolve and explore how emerging technologies such as cyber-physical systems (CPS) and artificial intelligence can transform the way organizations achieve efficiency in manufacturing — and beyond.
At Nuveon, we see ourselves not just as a service provider, but as a partner.
From experience, we know: the key to a successful project lies not only in understanding a company’s requirements, but also the people behind them.
