The Maintenance module was created for this. The module not only ensures that employees quickly identify maintenance points, but also tracks and documents the maintenance work itself. The documentations could be used in particular for continuous process improvement.

MODULE DESCRIPTION
What is our Maintenance?
With nuveon's maintenance module, employees who carry out cleaning and testing activities during the system shutdown are navigated to the respective maintenance points via a tablet. They are required to read and confirm safety and cleaning instructions before they proceed. Corresponding images are also stored for each cleaning point, for a quick discovery. A visual target/actual comparison can be carried out directly in the system! Furthermore, images can be added to the application via the tablet's camera during the maintenance run. This module ensures complete transparency and documentation of maintenance activities, which makes it an elementary component, especially for audits and inspections.

From the map indicators' color, to the station number, to the maintenance frequency, everything can be edited in a clean, user-friendly interface.
